All visits are organized through the TimeToPet app, giving you a simple way to view your schedule, message me directly, and stay updated on how your pet is doing. I always aim to arrive on time, but in rare cases—like emergencies or when a pet requires a little more care—I allow a two-hour window. If there’s ever a significant delay, I’ll make sure to keep you in the loop.
