I use the Time To Pet app to keep everything organized and transparent for you. Through the app, you can view your upcoming visits, send messages, and read updates after each one. I always aim to arrive on time, but I allow a two-hour arrival window in case of unexpected delays or emergencies. If I’m ever running late, I’ll be sure to let you know.
